What Personal Data We Collect and Why We Collect It

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the Site, we collect the data shown in the comment form, along with the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to assist with spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also known as a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to determine whether you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available at: https://automattic.com/privacy/. Once your comment is approved, your profile picture may be visible to the public alongside your comment.

Personally identifiable information — such as your name, shipping address, email address, and telephone number — as well as demographic information such as your age, gender, hometown, and interests, that you voluntarily provide when registering with the Site or participating in related activities (e.g., online chat, message boards). You are under no obligation to provide personal information; however, declining to do so may prevent you from using certain features of the Site.

Financial information, such as data related to your payment method (e.g., valid credit card number, card brand, expiration date), that we may collect when you purchase, order, return, exchange, or request information about our services. All financial information is stored by our payment processor, and you are encouraged to review their privacy policy and contact them directly with any questions.

Tracking Technologies

Cookies and Web Beacons

We may use cookies, web beacons, tracking pixels, and other tracking technologies on the Site to help customize it and improve your experience. When you access the Site, your personal information is not collected through the use of tracking technology alone. Most browsers are set to accept cookies by default. You may remove or reject cookies, but please be aware that doing so could affect the availability and functionality of the Site. You may not decline web beacons; however, they can be rendered ineffective by declining all cookies or by modifying your browser settings to notify you each time a cookie is tendered, allowing you to accept or decline cookies on an individual basis.

By using the Site, you agree to be bound by our Cookie Policy.

Internet-Based Advertising

We may also use third-party software to serve ads on the Site, implement email marketing campaigns, and manage other interactive marketing initiatives. This software may use cookies or similar tracking technology to help manage and optimize your online experience with us.

Website Analytics

We may partner with selected third-party vendors — such as Adobe Analytics, Clicky, Cloudflare, Crazy Egg, Flurry Analytics, Google Analytics, Heap Analytics, Inspectlet, Kissmetrics, Mixpanel, Piwik, and others — to allow tracking technologies and remarketing services on the Site through the use of first-party and third-party cookies. These tools help us analyze and track user activity, determine the popularity of certain content, and better understand online behavior. By accessing the Site, you consent to the collection and use of your information by these third-party vendors. You are encouraged to review their privacy policies and contact them directly with any questions. We do not transfer personal information to these third-party vendors.

Please be aware that getting a new computer, installing or upgrading a browser, or clearing your browser’s cookie files may also remove certain cookies, plug-ins, or settings.

Third-Party Websites

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and applications, including advertisements and external services, that are not affiliated with us. Once you leave the Site via these links, any information you provide to those third parties is not covered by this Privacy Policy, and we cannot guarantee the safety or privacy of your information. Before visiting or providing any information to third-party websites, we encourage you to review their privacy policies and take the steps you deem necessary to protect your information. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or security of any third-party sites, services, or applications linked to or from the Site.

Security of Your Information

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the information you provide to us, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against interception or misuse. Any information disclosed online is potentially vulnerable to unauthorized access. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee complete security when you submit personal information.

Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. Cookies

If you leave a comment on our Site, you may opt in to saving your name, email address, and website in cookies for your convenience, so that you do not need to re-enter your details when leaving future comments. These cookies will last for one year.

If you have an account and log in to the Site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine whether your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

Upon logging in, we will also set several cookies to save your login information and screen display preferences. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for one year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. Logging out of your account will remove all login cookies.

Embedded Content From Other Websites

Articles on the Site may include embedded content (e.g., videos, images, articles). Embedded content from other websites behaves in exactly the same way as if the visitor had visited those websites directly. These external websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with the embedded content — including if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

How Long We Retain Your Data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely so that we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically rather than holding them in a moderation queue.

For users who register on our Site, we also store the personal information provided in their user profile. All users can view, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except that usernames cannot be changed). Website administrators can also view and edit this information.

What Rights You Have Over Your Data

If you have an account on the Site or have left comments, you may request an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You may also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. Please note that this does not include data we are required to retain for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

This information is not linked to any personally identifiable data and is used for analyzing trends, administering the Site, tracking user movement, and gathering demographic information.

Google DoubleClick DART Cookie

Google is one of our third-party vendors and uses DART cookies to serve ads to our Site visitors based on their visits to our Site and other websites on the internet. Advertising Partners Privacy Policies

You may consult the respective Privacy Policies of our advertising partners for more information. Third-party ad servers or ad networks use technologies such as cookies, JavaScript, or web beacons in their advertisements and links appearing on the Site, which are sent directly to users’ browsers. These technologies are used to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and/or to personalize the advertising content you see on websites you visit. Please note that Noonex Trading W.L.L has no access to or control over the cookies used by third-party advertisers.

Analytics

We may use third-party service providers to monitor and analyze usage of our Site.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor usage of our Site, and may share this data with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads within its own advertising network.

You may opt out of having your activity on the Site shared with Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. This add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js, and dc.js) from sharing information about your visit activity with Google Analytics.
