Refund Policy
Overview
Our return, refund, and replacement policy varies depending on the product. Where a specific warranty or returns period applies to a particular product, this will be clearly stated on the relevant product page.
How to Report a Complaint
All return, refund, or replacement requests must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery through any of our available contact methods — website, phone, or WhatsApp. Requests made after this period will not be eligible.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received, including its original packaging. If the product has a manufacturing defect, physical damage, or a technical issue, a detailed video clearly showing the defect or damage must be submitted along with your complaint.
Replacement, Exchange & Refund
- Replacement, exchange, or refund is applicable only for products that exhibit technical issues or damage within 7 days of the date of purchase.
- No refund or exchange will be issued if the product has no damage or technical issues.
- No refund or exchange will be issued once 7 days have passed from the date of purchase.
- If a product is returned due to a complaint or service issue, the resolution process may take 7–14 business days.
Refund Amount
Any refund will be processed for the actual product price only. Delivery charges, installation fees, and processing fees are non-refundable.
Processing Fee for Non-Defective Returns
If a product is returned without any defect or damage, a processing fee of up to QAR 15 will apply (the exact amount will be communicated upon submission of the return request). If you prefer a full refund without any processing fee, you may return the product directly to our warehouse, in which case a full refund will be issued.
Promotional & Special Offer Products
No warranty of any kind is available on products provided as part of promotional deals, special offers, bundle offers, clearance stock, or items listed as free or at a super low price.
Customer Satisfaction — Standard Return Policy
- Return for replacement or exchange: within 7 days
- Return for refund: within 7 days
The following conditions are not acceptable for return, warranty, or replacement:
- Any physical damage caused after receipt
- Products for which no warranty period is indicated on the invoice
- Returns submitted without the original invoice

To complete your return, a receipt or valid proof of purchase is required.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping Returns
You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. Please note that the time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
