Shipping Policy
Delivery Coverage
Noonex Trading W.L.L ships orders exclusively to locations within Qatar. Any order request with a shipping address outside Qatar will not be fulfilled.
Delivery Timeframes
We aim to deliver your orders promptly once they have been received and processed:
- Doha area: Delivery within 24 hours.
- Distant locations (including Al Khor, Mesaieed, Dukhan, Al Ruwais, and Shahaniya Municipality): Delivery within 48 hours.
Please note that delivery within 24 hours is applicable only to orders with a delivery address inside the Doha area. All other addresses will be fulfilled within 48 hours.
Delivery Schedule
Our delivery schedule operates from Saturday to Thursday. We work a half day on Fridays, so orders placed on Fridays may experience a slight delay in processing and dispatch.
Shipping Fees
- Standard Shipping: Free delivery to all areas within Qatar on orders above QAR 39.
- Distant Locations: A shipping charge of up to QAR 30 may apply in certain cases for deliveries to distant locations such as Al Khor, Mesaieed, Dukhan, Al Ruwais, and Shahaniya Municipality.
- Express Delivery: Delivery within 4 hours to all addresses inside Doha. This option is available only for orders placed between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (and between 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM on Fridays). An additional shipping fee of QAR 20 applies when selecting the Express Delivery option. If we are unable to deliver within the specified timeframe, this fee will not be charged.
- Handling Fee: An additional handling fee may be charged for products that are heavy or require extra care during shipping.
Order Cancellation
You may request the cancellation of an order, provided it has not already been processed and shipped. To submit a cancellation request, please contact us via WhatsApp at +974 59959535 or call us during our working hours of operation.
